The French brand Bering offers us urban boots to use both on and off the motorcycle. They are the Bering Pop, boots that offer a safety plus than conventional shoe and which have the advantage of being waterproof.
The Bering Pop are made of leather, superimposed on different panels that are sewn together. This sewn also offers an aesthetic touch that reminds us of classic sneakers. Inside we find a soft padding and breathable fabric.
The sneakers also incorporate a waterproof membrane of the BW2 brand. In addition to protection against water, it also functions as a windbreaker; the transpiration of this membrane is also guaranteed, thus avoiding the formation of moisture.
With the Bering Pop our ankle is protected and they have zip closure. The shoes have a long tab, whose padding is thicker, a type of padding that we also find in the entrance of the cane and around the ankle. The fit of the shoe is very optimum and comfortable. To help put them on, we have a small strip in the back.
The Pop have reinforcements in the heel and the toe to win in resistance against impacts. These two areas are quite stiff and hard for our safety, but at the same time very comfortable.
The sole is flat and is made of rubber. This material and the striped pattern, similar to a tire, are designed to offer grip on all types of surfaces, also in wet. The sole extends to the back of the heel, to gain in comfort in this area. A wide rubber crown finishes the joint edge between the sole and the rest of the shoe.
In short, an urban waterproof and comfortable shoes, but also thought to go by motorcycle. The Bering Pop are sold in two combinations: black-white and black-orange. Of course, spare cords are included, in the case of this color, with black cords to change their aesthetics.
